Club Educational Student Society, Inc. shall develop an in-house management-training program for hotel and restaurant management, or other educational programs to meet the needs of the membership in conjunction with the university, college, trade or technical institution for credit toward a certificate, diploma, or college degree. Shall develop programs with employers(Walmart, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Participants of said training programs shall be active members of Club Educational Student Society, Inc.

Club Educational Student Society, Inc. shall develop a tutorial program for the grades 1-8. The program will provide paid and volunteer student tutors. It is our plan to develop a program in conjunction with the student teaching program of the university. Hopefully, the program can develop a liaison with the University/College that will grant credits toward the teaching credentials for participation in the tutoring program.

Club Educational Student Society, Inc. shall establish a scholarship fund open to all qualified active members of Club Educational Student Society, Inc. Emphasis in the qualification shall be on academic performance, community involvement, and financial needs. Funds for the scholarship fund will accrue from the receipt of a portion of membership fees paid to Club Education Student Society, Inc., by both student and retail merchants. The amount, number, and recipient of each scholarship awarded may vary and shall be determined solely by Club Educational Student Society, Inc.

Club Educational Student Society, Inc. shall establish or affiliate with an established charity for the purpose of contributing to the charity. The charity shall be involved with community, and educational improvement. Funds for the charity shall inure from a portion of the membership fees paid to Club Educational Student Society, Inc., and other endeavors that may be developed.

Any current Club Educational Student Society member shall receive a 5% referral fee for any successful new member referred to join Club Educational Student Society. This shall apply to referrals of both student and retail merchant new membership.

Club Educational Student Society, Inc. shall develop a retail merchant mentor and internship program for the membership. The program will attempt to gain college credit/pay for the student participation.
